Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Drainsonline, we want to ensure your home renovation project is a success, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and uninstalled drainage products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut grates or modified hardware are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the product back in its original manufacturer box with all internal protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for resale quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
